Terms of Service

These terms apply to the TRACCER PRO vehicle tracking service: the website at traccerpro.in, the TRACCER PRO Android app, and the trackers and dashcams connected to them. The service is provided by SVAP ("we", "us"). By signing in you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.
1. The service
TRACCER PRO shows where your vehicles are, keeps their history, makes reports, sends alerts, and for vehicles with a dashcam shows live and recorded video. It works with the GPS tracker or dashcam fitted in each vehicle, which needs power, a working SIM and mobile network, and a view of the sky for GPS.
2. Your account
- Accounts are created by an authorised dealer or our administrator. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
- Keep your name, mobile number and email up to date (you can change them in Profile).
- Tell your dealer or us at once if you think someone else knows your password.
3. Lawful use
- Track only vehicles you own or are entitled to track. If someone else drives the vehicle, you are responsible for telling them and for having a lawful reason to track it.
- Do not use the service to stalk, harass or follow any person, or for anything unlawful.
- Dashcam video may show other people: use it lawfully and respect their privacy.
- Do not try to get into accounts, vehicles or data that are not yours, or to disturb the service.
4. Subscriptions
Each vehicle's service runs for twelve months from activation and is renewed through your dealer. You are warned from the eleventh month. Prices, payment and installation are agreed with your dealer.
5. Alerts, positions and commands
- Positions and alerts depend on the tracker, its power, the SIM, the mobile network, GPS and your phone. They can be late, missing or inaccurate, for example in a basement, a tunnel, an area without signal, or when the phone saves battery. Do not rely on TRACCER PRO alone where a life or safety is at stake.
- TRACCER PRO is not an emergency service. In an emergency call 112.
- Remote commands, such as stopping the engine, are sent to the tracker only when the vehicle is stopped, and only by those allowed to. Use them responsibly; we are not responsible for a command used against these terms.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance, network problems or causes outside our control. We may improve or change features. We will tell you in advance of changes that reduce what you have paid for.
7. Your data
How we handle personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, including how to have your account deleted.
8. Suspension and ending
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, after telling you where we can. You may stop using the service and ask for your account to be deleted at any time.
9. Liability
The service is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by a late, missing or wrong position or alert, a network or device fault, or misuse of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the affected vehicle in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; if a change matters, we will tell you in the app or on the website before it takes effect.
